Eleven bikers rode from Stafford to Matagorda to have lunch at the River Bend Tavern on the bank of the Colorado River.

The owners of River Bend Tavern boated across the Colorado River while we were there with some scrap food and corn for the wild hogs. Sort of neat to watch the wild hogs scurrying around for food across the river while we were eating lunch.

After lunch we continued down to the public park at the mouth of the Colorado River.
